This is completely contingent on your DM not only approving of your plan, but straight up inventing the mechanics of how this should work. There is no mechanical support for this concept, far as I'm aware. As a DM...i might let it do between 1d4 and 1d8 lighting to other creatures in the puddle. With a dex save for half. Don't get me wrong, it's a cool concept, but you should really point out that this is super DM depedent.

So as a dm would I just rule this as being the damage and radius of fireball or just the damage of alchemist fire but with the radius of fireball?

Late to this party. But to the end of the video, I don’t see the Dance bard as a better monk. They only get one attack unless they use a bardic inspiration for a BA attack. And nothing else in the subclass supports unarmed fighting. Unarmed strikes are an “Oh Sh*t” button for them, basically. Edit: on the topic of weapons not getting MA die damage. Not that I agree with the decision, but if you look at a 17th level monk (assume 20 Dex at this point) if you use a Hand Axe and Dagger (with Nick) you are doing 2d6+10 (two attacks with Axe)+1d4(dagger: nick third attack) and then Flurry of Blows 2d12+10 that's 42.5 average damage. If you go straight unarmed strikes that's 4d12+20 which is 46 average damage. So not that much more (3.5 more damage unarmed). If you can get magic weapons (or even without) you don't necessarily need to dump weapons after level 5 as you suggest might happen. Just a thought.

Druid is a mess without multi classing because you can’t hit like a fighter or barbarian, or wear armor or weapons comparable to them. Spells are cool, so I prefer to wildshape as a bull or elephant to carry the party’s gear. If you’re a Druid, then no one else is going to bother as healer- unless you’re 2e pathfinder or 5e DND & everyone just takes the healer feat package.
